Cakes are associated with birthdays or wedding. Pakistan is prob the only retarded country that cuts cakes during exercises with nations who dont give a fuk about Pakistan. Likely just usual maintenance for now. Their MLU is planned post 2025. I would assume they’d model the MLU plan after the type 054A/P.
