They have Looters and Liars as their ''Top Leaders''. They have Rapists, Thugs, and Murderers in their ranks. Every Other day we get to know them better, Thanks to the Free Media. Their Acts of Cruelty have No Limits. Shame on PML (N) Thugs. I'd Request All the other co users of PDF to participate in this thread to Expose these False ''Messiah’s'' of some in our society.

They are building the walls of hatred in between Pakistanis. They ran a malicious campaign against Benazir Bhutto in past and doing the same dirty work against Pervaiz Musharraf now.

Their heavy handedness to the Awam in their Constituencies and their utter Abusive & disgraceful Attitudes towards their political opponents on TV Shows is turning them to be seen as a cancer for Pakistan's Politics. Need of the hour is to Confront this menace, as early as possible by Pakistani State.

PML-N MPA Gill booked in rape case

LAHORE - Naseerabad police Tuesday registered a case against Adviser to Chief Minister Punjab and PML-N MPA Munawar Ahmad Gill and his accomplices who allegedly raped a 35-year-old woman at a hotel in Gulberg.

In the FIR, Tahira Perveen, a resident of Green Town, alleged that Nazir and Rafique, supporters of Munawar illegally had occupied his sister’s agriculture land measuring over 17 kanals. She stated that MPA Munawar Gill from Sialkot made calls on her cell phone giving her assurance that he can help her sister in getting her land vacated. He asked her to visit his Johar Town residence to tell him the whole episode. She said on June 1, 2009, Munawar Gill again made her call that he had come to Lahore from Sialkot and she could meet him in Gulberg. When she along with her neighbourer Manzoor Ahmad reached near Cavalry Ground, Manzoor left her, saying he had to go in hurry due to sudden demise of any of his close relative. She said that she had no option but to go to the hotel alone, she said and added that as soon as she reached the Room no 117 of the said hotel, MPA Munawar Gill asked his friend Nasir to leave the room, saying him that he wanted to talk her alone, The MPA said: “I am staying in the hotel just to resolve your problem”.

When she asked him about his two supporters, Munawar said that they will soon reach the room and then locked the door from inside. “When I raised alarm in protest against the MPA’s act, the MPA took out a pistol and threatened that he would commit suicide after shooting her if she called anybody for help,” she stated. Tahira Parveen alleged the drunk MPA later raped her at gunpoint while his friend remained at the door. She said that when she came out of the room, Munawar’s friend Nasir threatened her not to disclose the matter.

The police have not arrested the MPA till filing of this report.

It is worth mentioning here that it was the third PML-N legislator after Punjab Prison Minister Ch Abdul Ghafoor and MNA Haji Pervez who has been held guilty of violating laws while misusing their powers.

PML-N MPA Khawaja Muhammad Islam holds fake degree

FAISALABAD: Intermediate certificate of PML-N MPA, Khawaja Muhammad Islam from PP-72 (Faisalabad-XXII) has been proven bogus, sources in Higher Education Commission told Geo News.

According to the sources, MPA submitted Intermediate certificate of Faisalabad Board for admission in University of East Hyderabad. The degree he submitted was of 1987 while the Board was established in 1988.

On this reason his degree proved fake.

Khawaja Muhammad Islam defeated Sujjah Ullah Khan of PPPP. He has won provincial assembly seat in 1993 and 1997 elections and has been the City President of the party since 1993.

Car fraud case against PML(N) MPA


LAHORE, April 27: In yet another criminal case involving a PML-N figure, the Mozang police have registered a case against MPA Malik Feroze Joya, his brother Munir Joya and a son in a car fraud case. Munir Joya is the RTA secretary.

The police, who have yet to arrest any of the suspects, claim that Joya brothers are not found guilty in the hitherto (police) investigation.

Architect Hassan Jameel Chaudhry of Faisal Town’s HBFC scheme has accused the MPA, his brother and son Umer Feroze Joya of taking away his car worth Rs1.8 million parked at Canal Motors. They got it registered in the name of Umer Feroze in connivance with the Punjab Excise and Taxation Department, he said.

He stated in his application that he had parked his new car he had bought in January 2010 at Canal Motors owned by Rana Qaiser Nazir for sale on Feb 11. He said evidence and discussions with ex-employees of Canal Motors revealed that MPA Feroze of Mianwali, along with another MPA and 30 gunmen, reached the showroom on Feb 12, got the original registration book at gunpoint in the presence of the showroom owner and drove away with the car.

The showroom owner, however, informed Hassan that his car was stolen by unidentified people and “did not reveal the truth”.

Hassan lodged an FIR under section 406 of the PPC with the Faisal Town police against Rana Qaiser and his staff on Feb 21. Qaiser and others have gone missing since Feb 19 for their alleged involvement in fraud cases.

Hassan later came to know on March 28 that according to the excise department’s record his vehicle had been transferred in the name of Umer Feroze. The suspects, he said, used fake signature and thumb impression on transfer letter with forged stamp papers. There was no signature and thumb impression of any witness, he said.

He said this proved that the staff of the Motor Registration Authority also was involved in the process. Hassan challenged the transfer at MRA against which they issued a legal notice to both parties for hearing on April 20. The suspects did not appear before the authority.

The authority deferred the matter for another 22 days by giving another date of May 12 under pressure of the MPA’s brother, said Hassan who finally got registered a case under sections 420, 468 and 471 of the PPC against the three on April 23.

He further said the Mozang investigation police raided the house of Munir Joya who threatened the police team with dire consequences. The police returned without any arrest.

Hassan said Mr Joya had been calling at his cell phone and threatening and abusing him. He has appealed to the chief minister, the IGP and the Lahore High Court chief justice to take notice and provide him justice.

Civil Lines Division SP (Investigation) Shahzad Asif Khan, however, said Joya brothers had been exonerated in the Faisal Town case by the investigation police after they produced genuine transfer documents.

He said their investigation found that the complainant had got registered two similar cases involving Joya brothers, wondering how the two FIRs of a single incident could be lodged and how two punishments could be made in similar cases.

He said Munir Joya was RTA secretary but the registration of cars was the responsibility of the excise department.

The SP said the police could not arrest Joya brothers without evidence, adding that he had called both parties at his office on Wednesday (today) for inquiries. He expressed ignorance about any police raid at the house of Munir Joya.

PML-N MPA accused of torturing wife

The mother in law of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz(PML-N) MPA Haroon Sultan Bukhari on Friday accused him of torturing her pregnent daughter.

Bukhari’s wife Fatima has been admitted to Services Hospital Lahore where her mother told the media that the MPA subjected Fatima to severe torture over a minor issue.

She alleged that it was not the first time that her daughter, who was married two months ago, had been tortured. She also alleged that Bukhari was drunk when he thrashed Fatima last night.

A case has been registered under section 506 of criminal court against Bukhari and his brother Basit Sultan.

14 MPs disqualified for fake degrees, PML-N tops list

ISLAMABAD: As many as 14 parliamentarians belonging to different mainstream political parties have been disqualified during the current political tenure, with Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz at the top.

According to data available, out of 14 parliamentarians disqualified for holding fake degrees include seven from PML-N, four from Pakistan Muslim League (Q) and three from Pakistan People's Party.

The seven disqualified Parliamentarians belong to PML-N included: Haji Mudassir Qayyum Nahra from NA-100 (Gujranawala), Haji Pervaiz from NA-55 (Rawal Pindi), and Javed Husanin Sha from NA-68 (Shiawal) while from Provincial Assembly included Rana Mubashir Iqbal from PP-160, Rizwan Gill, PP-34, Meer Badshah Khan Qaisrani PP-240, Haji Nasir Mehmood from PP-111 (Gujrat).

On the other hand four disqualified Parliamentarians belong to PML-Q, included: Nazir Jutt from NA-167 (Vehari) and Nagma Mushtaq long from PP-206 (Multan), Mian Ajmal Asif PP-63 (Faisalabad) and Muhammad Azam chailla Sial PP-82.

Similarly, three disqualified parliamentarians belong to PPP included: Jamshed Dasti from NA-178, Hayyatullah Tareen from NA-155 and Allah Wasaya Chunnu khan from PP-259.

The issue of parliamentarians holding fake degrees has become a national issue of grave importance as more and more parliamentarians are found to be in possession of bogus degrees.

According to the Election Commission spokesman Muhammad Afzal, the ECP has forwarded degrees of almost all the members of the Parliament including Senate, National Assembly and provincial Assemblies to the standing committee on education who had sent these documents for verification to higher education commission.

PML-N workers come to blows at party meeting

MULTAN: The Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz district committee meeting on Monday witnessed a violent clash between supporters of two members over nominations to various party offices in the district.

Addressing a press conference after the incident, PML-N Multan district secretary Imran Liaqat said his group will boycott all district committee meetings unless the party leaders took notice of the incident. He also demanded action against those he accused of beating him and other members.

Liaqat is considered close to former federal minister Javed Hashmi.

A few members apparently close to Rana Mehmoodul Hasan, another MNA, allegedly attacked Liaqat and his supporters during an argument over nominees for offices in the party’s district committee.

Talking to The Express Tribune, Liaqat said that he objected to some of the names proposed by Rana Mehmoodul Hasan. He alleged that ‘outsiders’ having no contribution to the party had been proposed. Arshad, a member close to Hasan, rejected the suggestion that there were any outsiders among the nominees. He said everybody on the list had been affiliated with the party for a long time. He said the objections were only because of the personal preferences of some members. The meeting held at the Circuit House was chaired by district coordinator Zahid Gillani.

Rowdy Hamza beats up PML-N worker

LAHORE - The PML-N foundation day turned into a boxing ring on Thursday when Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif’s son Hamza started punching a PML-N worker at the entrance of the ceremony at the Lahore Expo Centre.

The assault was so spontaneous that the worker could not be rescued and remained subject to the beating for a while. Nobody in the ceremony could comprehend the show of violence at the hand of Hamza Shahbaz, who is considered the heir to the PML-N throne.

Junaid Rakha, a PML-N worker, lamented that the workers loved the Sharifs, who in turn treated them like animals.

Another worker said, “Our only fault was that we chose to stand by the entry gate specified for MNAs and MPAs, just to have a glance of our leaders near the stage.” Some party workers said party chief Nawaz Sharif should have sought pardon.

They said party workers never wanted anything other than affection and warned that the Sharifs’ conduct would cost them their vote bank.

PML-N, PML-Q face off: Seven Q League workers remanded for four days

PML-Q men’s attempt to get disqualified MPA arrested sparks clashes.

GUJRAT: Seven workers of Pakistan Muslim League (Quaid-i-Azam) were sent on a four day physical remand on Thursday.

They were arrested from Azeez Bhatti Shaeed Hospital on Wednesday night following clashes between PML-Q and PML-N workers. An FIR was registered in the case against 15 nominated and 40 unidentified men. Those nominated included former district nazim Chaudary Shafaat Hussain (Shujaat Hussain’s brother), former education minister Chaudary Imran Masood and PML-Q city president Haneef Haideri.

Workers of the two parties faced off first at the Gujrat Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GtCCI) building and later at the Azeez Bhatti Shaheed Hospital on Wednesday.

The clash at the GtCCI erupted after some PML-Q workers led by Chaudary Shafaat Hussain and Imran Masood reportedly tried to detain former MPA Nasir Mehmood or hand him over to the police custody.

A case against Mehmood was registered on a directive of the Supreme Court. He was disqualified from his Punjab Assembly seat for submitting a fake degree with the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP).

At least eight people were injured in the fight. The PML-N workers later blocked the GT Road for more than two hours.

DPO Afzal Ahmed Kaisar said he would investigate the incident fairly and would make sure that no one involved in violence went free.

Speaking to the media, leaders of both parties accused each other of initiating the clash.

Former MPA Nasir Mehmood alleged that the attack was planned by the PML-Q leaders. He said such “lowly tactics should show the people of Gujrat the real face of PML-Q leaders”.

In another press conference, Chaudary Shafaat Hussain accused the PML-N of using police to deal with PML-Q’s popularity.

Both groups submitted written complaints to the police against each other.

Some PML-Q workers were arrested late night after the brawl at the Azeez Bhatti Shaheed Hospital.

The workers clashed when some PML-Q men injured in the morning fight were brought to the hospital’s Emergency Ward. Additional SP Saeed Khan soon reached the scene and made the arrests.

In a meeting between with DIG Tariq Yasin on Thursday, a Gujrat Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GtCCI) delegation complained about some PML-Q workers. They informed DIG Yasin that they keep getting complaints from traders about alleged highhandedness of some PML-Q workers.
