The federal government is not granting enough budget for this. The Budget goes to the military in the name of clearing terrorist hide outs and security for KPK, FATA and according to federal government this is also a part of development. Utter Nonsense!

Budget for militaAary operations has nothing to dol with the provincial budget of kpk. Fata has a separate budget.

so do you know that this project is 60% financed by federation??? while you are thumping your chest that pujab government has done a wonder???
do you know that federation would be paying 60% of its subsidy which is 2 billion rupees to be paid for the lifetime of this Metro??
and if punjab is better in anything today that is not coz of your ganja leaders but infect it happened before this provincial autonomy system came, which only came after musharaf's tenor. every government before has invested in punjab for the votes sake while completely ignoring kpk Balochistan and FATA.

When metro comes the traffic is reduced, more employment is generated, people get more convenience as it connects cities. And it takes more than 10 years to connect metro and fully embed it.

In infrastructure KPK is not 20 years but 50 years behind Punjab.

only recently you guys have got the international airport which was supposed to be there in 1960's. ab bol

state level infrastructure is different, Federal level infrastructure is different.

1st you need access to other province you need proper transport , medical and power facilities. All these are governed by Federal government and not the provincial government.

Once this is achieved then state takes it's own projects from the budget allotted.

Like CPEC, project will be planned by Federal government. The sector where to construct will be federal Govts. Decision. Then budget will be allotted to prov. government under Federal government supervision to carry out the project and construtions.
