Not even 1 percent is given by fed govt , It is purely by punjab govt local resources .

Law and order is mainly done by FC which is paid by fed govt , all the road infrastructure like coastal highway, all major highways are done by fed govt , major canal system of kachi canal is done by fed govt . No one goves the bill of tube wells in Balochistan which is absorbed by fed govt , so this budget is not the only thing which is going to this province .

So every one has problem with Metro subsidy that directly benefits poor, but no problem with across-the-board fuel subsidy in the petrol in their cars and bikes?

White Elephant? LOL people are traveling everyday from that Metro it's now so crowded that they decided to increase the Number of the Buses 26 more buses are going to run there + they are extending the same route to Kala Shah Kaku...
Gov Always give subsidies in the world to such project go search some even give subsidies to electricity gas and other utilities even on Petroleum
GO ask CM Khattak That why only 47 % of Development budget is used where is the Rest 53% ?? why they didn't use all of it?
How many Universities schools and Hospitals are under construction in KPK?

KPK ko apna budget logon ke accounts mein transfer kardena chaye. Balke parliament ko band kardo aur federal ko kaho ke KPK ke logon ke accounts mein budget ke paise transfer kardo.

PM announces Karachi Metrobus project
ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif announced to launch Karachi Metrobus project after he inaugurated a 23-kilometer long Rawalpindi-Islamabad mass transit Metrobus service on Thursday.
Addressing an inauguration ceremony of Rawalpindi-Islamabad Metrobus service, Sharif said that the people of Karachi would soon receive a gift of “good transport”.
He congratulated the Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif on completion of Rawalpindi-Islamabad metrobus project, saying that it would benefit the people of twin cities especially students.
The prime minister also vowed to overcome power shortfall in next three years.
“We have already cut the rates of electricity in the last few months and we will reduce it further in future as well,” Sharif added.
He said that the national leadership is well aware of the challenges and it is making all out efforts to overcome them.
“The national leadership made an important decision to launch Operation Zarb-e-Azb to eradicate terrorism from the country,” the prime minister said.
