Mirpuris and other Kashmiris have single handedly been carrying the Azad Kashmir region within Pakistan as well. We pile tons of money into the country as well, which is the reason that Azad Kashmir is developed at all.

In terms of professions, Kashmiris hold many high ranking jobs as well, my family are in medical, IT and financial careers.

Overseas Pakistanis are not special. I mean you live in the U.K and you probably know very well where Pakistanis stand among other communities. Not only they rank bottom in education and employment but also rank one of the most dependent community on social welfare. Who are we to single out Pakistani government desperate for money. Sure the first generation struggled and did menial but honest work as taxi drivers or factory workers but the current crop of OSP are doctors, lawyers, business owners. We have money which is why Sharif the harami is begging us for it today.

The funniest part of this Jahil Shahbazs latest scheme is he thinks we already do not own land in Pakistan. I am not yet 30 I own 5 properties in Punjab. I have no need for more property schemes and I know OSP that own much more property then me. We do not need more residential projects.

What we want is an honest government so those of us working remotely, those who own businesses, those retiring etc etc can come back to Pakistan to spend our money there, build businesses there to employ other Pakistanis, and quite frankly PDM can never provide that to us.

No it wasn't. While other diasporas typically were educated or had something going for them before migration, they on the other hand were displaced from villages/rural areas for a dam project built by the British in return for cheap labour. They worked their asses off and many of them have large property portfolios.
