Though idk the whole context but he said that our soil was used for terror activities against Iran... he could have said though, it is a porous region where people/smugglers go from AFG,-Iran-Pakistan so we need to mutually guard etc,,, anyway his 'slip' of tongue is sometimes humorous but dangerous too...

I don't think so. It is clear, if you see his expressions. He hardly seems to notice it, even when the crowd is shouting hilariously.
