- improve plans of towns/village (there are some "galees" so tight that even evacuatiing a dead person on the bed is impossible (I personaly so it in Sialkot)
- improve rules of constructions (permits, norms...)
- bring clean water in each house/flat
- evacuate used water properly
- how to evacuate rains waters
- improve roads/streets, their lighting
- improve quality of foods
- improve medical system
- improve education
- devise a plan of industrial and economical developpment
etc etc etc..

Task is huge, but I pray Allah helps Imran khan.

A good move!!! Modi has given an opportunity of lifetime to IK to get his favorite staffs done!!! The most important should be how to cash out those laundered billions of $s...

. .
Yup that's another six by khan. The rich are completely destroying the future of our nation not only by converting agri land to housing schemes. Next policy decisions should be
1. Ban on dumping all kinds of waste in rivers and canals... Agri water supply
2. Government regulated water supply all around to limit excessive water use
3. Sewerage treatment before disposal

We need to plan and take care of our environment

It may or may not be a huge task but it will not finish, if doesn't starts.

PM Imran Khan shares his vision for future cities

Islamabad: Prime Minister Imran Khan on Saturday tweeted that Pakistan’s future cities is to allow buildings to rise vertically so there are more green spaces.

PM tweeted “My vision for our future cities: to allow buildings to rise vertically and allow for more green spaces as Pak is one of the most environmentally-threatened countries.”

He added “Avoiding large sprawling built-up areas will also allow easier provision of amenities to our urban dwellers”.

The premiere in another tweet said that “Our arable land is being eaten up by housing societies and has grave consequences for our food security in the future. Also, we are in the process of making laws to allow buildings, built to international safety standards, to go as high as in other cities across the world.”

ABOUT TIME!
Sprawling cities create a million problems and destroy our precious farmland.

Build skyscrapers to international quality and you will reap so many benifits.

.
Waste of time... Imran Khan should deliver something on ground.
We need to see results on ground.... like clean cities, organized traffic, etc.
Total mismanagement and delays at every construction project.

The mismanagement reflects a deeper rot within the government. Imagine, for decades people were appointed based on political basis. What would be the level of capability of people at important posts within the administration?

.
How can you expect this policy to work if you don't Implement steps to Populate new Towns and Cities away from Big Metropolis Centers? Neither you put any mechanism of Price control on Properties. People Literally Trade in Properties and Properties is a Bank for Black Money hoarders to invest their Black money and save it for good.
Bank new Housings outside the Cities(Which are Agricultural Lands of course) Where will People Buy homes then? Live in Overpriced Overpopulated Crammed Inner city? when they can afford much better living standard and residence a little further away from the city?
Anyone Explain to me please

Should have done it along time ago

Our cities needs to expand vertically not horizontally

.
For years I was point out this disastrous practice of converting fertile land into residential colonies. Thank God someone acknowledged this problem.

Beta that would happen in 20 years or after when you have enough money to afford these shenanigans..
Look at India, their economy and condition of their cities. China is changing their cities but Pakistan needs a long long road ahead before you see any concrete change in the way how our cities become organised.

What's funny is they are using the picture of Azad Chowk Lahore the same Chowk they criticize to be the moat expensive bridge of Pakistan
