that's because it is top secret. If China don't even want to disclose the location of foot soldiers, why would they do it for Nuclear subs, which is top secret for all countries, except India for some reason.

At this point nobody even knows for sure how many subs we have, what we have. You are never going to get hard evidence, if you did somebody will be shot.
