At present we have 60 active warships including 1 Kilo submarine. More naval power including 5 Kilo subs and 2 Gepard frigates will come soon.

That´s not bad considering our tiny defence budget. Sure, that is still small compared to Chinese Navy. However, we can cover the entire SCS with our Airforce and Coastal cruise missles. That´s a no go area, dude.

building LHD is good, but for every LHD you need at least 1 Carrier to look over it, as LHD itself do not have aircover and you cannot use land base cover as those are mobile platform. Or is there any STOL fighter jet chinese currently developing?

Not at this moment.

BD has a very small defence budget and there are other more pressing priorities like 4th generation fighters.

Maybe 5-10 years down the line BD may start considering purchase of WZ-10 attack helicopters.

Protection will come from the Aegis Type O52C and 052D Destroyers. Only vulnerability is anti-Submarine warfare. China should have potent nuclear attack submarines. But with the racist embargoes on weaponry and technology maintained injustly on China, it is not easy for China to build by itself a decent nuclear attack submarine.

The West keeps bashing China's SSBNs/SSNs, yet they were never able to track one down.
