At least two soldiers were killed in a terrorist PKK roadside bomb explosion in northern Iraq, Turkey's Defense Ministry said Monday.

A handmade explosive planted by PKK terrorists went off as a Turkish supply convoy was passing by, a ministry statement said.

The ministry expressed its condolences to the soldier's family, the Turkish military forces and the Turkish nation.

Turkey has been carrying out counter-terrorism operations across the country and in northern Iraq, where the terrorist PKK plans cross-border attacks.

On May 27, Turkey launched Operation Claw against the PKK in the Hakurk region of northern Iraq, followed by the operation's second and third phases in July and late August.

In its more than 30-year terror campaign against Turkey, the PKK -- listed as a terrorist organization by Turkey, the U.S. and the European Union -- has been responsible for the deaths of some 40,000 people, including women and children.

a strong answer would be to hunt iraqi pushtmerga donkeys and destory overy vehicle they have and the same to syrian donkeys..

the first thing I would do is to hang this öcalan pig but no turkish government harmed him even one hair.. fools, cowards and real traitors they are.. if I would have the power in turkey I would hang everyone of them who are involved in this and did not hang this donkey.. and everyone saying just one word against it I would hang them too all with the same rope.. they would face their daeath but before they would have to walk the walk of shame:

A Turkish- Iraqi agreement to cut off Barzanistan from Syria by taking the small corridor which links Iraqi Kurdistan to the YPG in Syria would solve many problems (Fishkhapour crossing). When Iraqi forces advanced on Kurdish militia in oct 2018, the US put pressure on iraq to stop the advance short of getting that small strip of land which would make all the difference.

Weak Iraqi decision making/ US pressure/ Saudi/ emirati support is allowing these militias to grow.
