As 2015 reported, the Chinese government and the PLA commission's will together modernize and rebuild
the military's equipment and budget defence from 2015-2030. This defence white paper announced will replace the aging equipment used in the 1990's. This is will make the budget defence about 3 billion Yuan for the first working days from January to July. It will allow them to research supportive equipment for their future soldier's
program with new combat armour. To ensure this white paper defence will modernize the whole military ranks.
