US military arent attending any International airshows this year...I will be at RIAT on 21st July and very disappointed the Americans wont be there..Last year they were there with B-2....
In fact, there will be no U.S. government-owned military airplanes either flying or on static display because of the automatic sequestration budget cuts roiling the Pentagon. This is the first time since 2001 that a Russian fighter will take part in the Paris flying display and the first time that a U.S. fighter is absent from the event since 1991.
Aero India 2013 got very lucky then! But then a C-17 and F-16 doing a few flying displays and on static isn't all that special (IMHO).yes,and since almost all big planes are American..airshows this year are gona be boring...Unless Russians decide to fill the gap,which i doubt...

C-17 and F-16 were sent USA as in USAF or the manufacturer?
Ok i googled...Yup aero India was Lucky...C-17 was sent by USAF...Not sure about F-16
