Mujhe tu CJ par doubt horaha hai.. ab tak monitoring judge appoint hona chahye tha,, JIT ki proceedings bhi tu shuru se hi monitor ki theen.. Ab bhi NAB ki proceedins shuru se monitor honi chahyein.. Tab tu officers bhi SC ne select kiye thay.. Ye bhi monitor hona hai ke NAB waqayi 6 weeks main references file karay .. CJ pata nahi...kia karrahay hain?

Im sure k in JIT k members ne bohot so ko inspire kia h.
Jo bhi officers lagain gy akhir unho ne dekha hi h na kitni izzat or kitna ehtram mila h JIT members ko sirf unki honesty ki waja se.
InshaAllah jo bhi aain gy wo bhi imandar log hi hon gy.

Baqi SC reference file krny se pehly tassali to kary gi k jo reference bheja ja raha h wo upto the mark h bhi k nahi jesy SC ne verdict m likha h.

Im sure judges k zehn m bhi ye bat thi k agr esy reference ka keh den gy to NAB cass he kahin esa na bna de jo mian sanp and family ko favour krta ho.. isi liay monitoring ho gi pory case ki.

Dosri taraf mera ye khayal h k acha h chairman NAB ne jo chawlen marni hn mar le.... ye jab SC k samny aay gi bat to noora family ko hi nuqsan ho ga iska.

I am not entirely sure yet in the court of public opinion he has been found guilty,,,guilty of high treason, his comments were a kick in the teeth of all Pakistani Jawans who have laid down their lives in the defence of AK as well as all serving AKians in the Pak army, the anger will not subside, the people will not stand for this, this man at the very minimum should be told by his party to step down and this is the very minimum, if it was upto me.....Exactly.Kudos bro

There is no such thing as a NAB court. NAB is an institution which acts as the prosecutor on behalf of the State. NAB will file cases in the relevant district/sessions courts where a hearing will take place.

I kept hearing and reading about NAB courts in media and I think the same district/ session court where NAB case hearings take place are called NAB courts:

AJK is treated like any other area by Pakistanis but its independent state with its own PM. And Kashmir referendum is yet to be held where people will vote to be part of which ever country. AJK PM already have clarified in 3 press conferences, he is patriotic but doesn't turn him in to pig Altaf Hussain. All he said Kashmiris will think about if they want to become part of Imran Khan naya Pakistan. Which technically speaking they have full right and this is Pakistan stance as well when ever referendum is held. I'm not endorsing what ever he said since its clear he said it for political reasons and because he belong to N-league.

But since chances of referendum isn't looking good anytime soon, that's why Nawaz have decided to bring G-B and eventually AJK in to mainstream Pakistan . Like giving them representation in parliament, senate, CCI, NFC etc Also stupid Sheikh Rasheed didn't even know that he was AJK PM and not CM.
