I got news on Friday from ISL that it was decided to appoint Mangi. I was happy. I shared the info here. But today when I heard the same news, and I carefully thought about it.. it seemed to me a very poor decision. Even Mangi didn't want to handle the case.

Anyway, for me, it's a good news (and perhaps for Mangi too )

By the way, press release doesn't mention any names.. So maybe Mangi has been appointed. His appointment has been confirmed by many channels..

Mujhe tu CJ par doubt horaha hai.. ab tak monitoring judge appoint hona chahye tha,, JIT ki proceedings bhi tu shuru se hi monitor ki theen.. Ab bhi NAB ki proceedins shuru se monitor honi chahyein.. Tab tu officers bhi SC ne select kiye thay.. Ye bhi monitor hona hai ke NAB waqayi 6 weeks main references file karay .. CJ pata nahi...kia karrahay hain?

Hopefully aisa hi ho.. Lekin is sab ke liye monitoring judge ka jaldi appoint hona bhtt zuroori hai... Ke NAB ke officers par nazar rakhay..danda bhi....

Mera nahi khyal ke aisa hai.. Judges ko jo sab se ziada easy route aur undisouted fact laga ..us par unhon ne disqualify kar diya.. Jis ko sharif famiky ne khud admit kar liya tha.. Aur mera khyal hai ke judges chahtay thay ke jald se jald faisla dein aur ziada time na lagayein verdict main.. So they took the easy and undisouted fact route...and disqualified him.. Baqi ke refernces bhej diye... Agar ek ek cheez ka zikr kartay ke money trail nahi di..qatari letter..maryam ki ownership.. Is sab main detailed verdict hojata .. Tu shayad unhon ne socha ke FZE company wali cheez tu ye admit hi karchukay hian..is par jaldi se disqukify kardein... Ajr baqi cheezon ke references bhej dein..
