But PTI's legal being as smart as they are...they have done nothing yet to bring them to court's attention

This is the point. Courts do not accept any evidences (specially if they are photocopies), unless state institutions, who are supposed to validate the authenticity of the documents, present them in court with their attestation.

You probably have heard that today court stated that they will need Qatari prince to validate this statement. This is how courts work. Unfortunately, our institutions are not providing the already validated, verified, authenticated, and attested copies of the documents. What can a court do now?

What can a court do now?

Supreme Court has all the powers of jurisdiction. It can summon anyone. Doesn't matter if head of NAB has run away. It can ask the government to direct it's agencies to submit evidence from that investigation as its public record. If they disobey the order, it's contempt of court and Nawaz Sharif will be dismissed like former PM Yusuf Reza Gilani.

Yes, I know that PTI has provided many documents. But they will remain documents until verified for authenticity. Whose job is to validate these documents? FIA and NAB. What do courts do in such matters? Make commissions that has the authority to instruct FIA and NAB to check the authenticity of evidences presented in the court. What do FIA and NAB do? Contact the authorities in other countries (if the evidences are from foreign jurisdictions) to validate first and then they submit their authenticity. Sometimes the commissions do have representatives from these investigation agencies.

Now our concern is, the institutions have been bought by Shareers already. NAB chairman has become a fugitive. How do you think the case will proceed?

What a Irony , They are and were saying some thing totally different and they show some thing else , some thing completely different.
NS almost proved his late father criminal , or what ever u want to call it on national assembly, and now this letter , contradictions after contradictions , I actually forget how many different there(family) views are about one dam Property which is there use from last 25 years minimum.
Still their are no proves of money transfer , bank statement , purchase invoice etc,
In short: I don't think any thing will come out of this whole exercise, Our system is rigged from top to toe, We seriously need some one out from the system, or some one like What our neighbours have.

It depends if SC agrees to form a commission. Many petitioners are calling for the court to hear the case directly instead of commission. Wait a few days and see

Let's assume all records are lost, and FIA / NAB do not corporate with SC. Still Nawaz Sharif has to prove that his money is clean. You do this by providing ownership of the companies he had in Dubai, Jedda and Qatar. And the source of their investment. A mere letter from a prince is not regarded as evidence. They just put it forward to check it court takes it in goodwill but as we saw they rejected it.

No! SC doesn't need government to implement such order. It can directly order any institution to do needful, institutions however under the pressure are often reluctant to comply, can't avoid compliance though.

187 -- Issue and Execution of Processes of Supreme Court.

(1) Supreme Court shall have power to issue such directions, orders or decrees as may be necessary for doing complete justice in any case or matter pending before it, including an order for the purpose of securing the attendance of any person or the discovery or production of any document.

(2) Any such direction, order or decree shall be enforceable throughout Pakistan and shall, where it is to be executed in a Province, or a territory or an area not forming part of a Province but within the jurisdiction of the High Court of the Province, be executed as if it had been issued by the High Court of that Province.

NAB has already got evidences against Noora king and his family, the question is, does NAB have balls to obey SC to produce the documents if requested.

What about the file that FIA head Rehman Malik had sent to CJ in 97 or 98 about these flats and the files in NAB?

SC is in possession of that file and it's issued by the highest investigating department of that time.

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan's Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif today submitted in the Supreme Court the details of his assets which included a letter by a Qatari prince who provided funds for purchase of controversial properties in London, which are now owned by Sharif's children.

Sharif and his daughter Maryam submitted a 397-page document detailing their assets.
