What was the reason of not indicting Mr Nawaz? Anyone knows?

I think ..reason ye hai ke saaray accused ka present hona zuroori hota hai..shayad..for indictment.. Kal shahid Masood bhi ye zikr karrahay thay..aur mera bhi ye khyal hai ke aisa hota hai..

Next hearing par agar baqi log na aaye...afte non bailable warrants..uske baad shayad 3 yr ki saza hosakti hai...according to NAB ordinance... Phir Nawaz sharf ka kiya hoga..pata nahi..

I think now sense is being prevailed in some quarters.. The very last chances are being given to NS and family to run away.. after that I think dhabardoos is imminent.

Media is very important for transparency.... Agar unhein saz bhi hogayi tu yeh log kahein ge..ke dunya se chupa kar ye kia gaya hai.. Humaray khilaf sazish ki gayi..aur agar acquit hogaye tu PTI aur doosray log kahein ge.... Mujhe samajh nahi aarahi ke media ko allow kiun nahi karrahay? Ye dunya ka anokha case hai..jahan media ki entry ban kar di gayi.. Aisa tu kabhi nahi hota.. Mujhe samajh nahi aarahi ke monitoring judge..iska notice kiun nahi le rahay? Aisa kaisy hosakta hai ke media ko allow na kia jaye? Aisa kiya horaha hai wahan jisay chupaana zuroori hai? Har cheez gair aur transparent honi chahye

Log tu kisi haal main bhi khush nahi hongay bhalay media ander ho court ke ya bahir ho ya phir judge ke samnay khara luddi daal raha ho, jisko saza hogi us ne roona hi hai lazmi, so i dont see this as a big issue as long as justice is properly done.
