نیب کو واپس کردیئے۔

قومی احتساب بیورو (نیب) نے شریف خاندان اور اسحاق ڈار کے خلاف ریفرنسز 8 ستمبر کو اسلام آباد کی احتساب عدالت کے رجسٹرار آفس میں جمع کرائے تھے۔

رجسٹرار کی جانب سے ریفرنسز کی اسکروٹنی کا عمل جاری ہے اور گزشتہ روز اسکروٹنی مکمل کرکے 2 ریفرنس نیب کو واپس بھیجے گئے جن میں خامیوں کا انکشاف ہوا تھا۔


احتساب عدالت نے شریف خاندان کے خلاف 2 ریفرنسز نیب کو واپس کردیئے


جیونیوز کے مطابق رجسٹرار آفس نے نیب کو چاروں ریفرنسز میں نشاندہی کی گئی خامیاں دور کرکے دوبارہ ریفرنس دائر کرنے کی ہدایت کی ہے۔

رجسٹرار آفس کا کہنا ہے کہ بعض دستاویزات کا انڈیکس میں حوالہ موجود ہے مگر رکارڈ میں شامل نہیں، العزیزیہ اسٹیل ملز ریفرنس میں بھی تکنیکی خامیاں سامنے آئی ہیں۔

واضح رہے کہ نیب نے پاناما کیس میں سپریم کورٹ کے 28 جولائی کے فیصلے کی روشنی میں شریف خاندان اور اسحاق ڈار کے خلاف ریفرنسز دائر کیے، شریف خاندان کے خلاف ریفرنس لندن پراپرٹیز اور آف شور کمپنیوں سے متعلق ہے جب کہ اسحاق ڈار کے خلاف ریفرنس آمدن سے زائد اثاثے رکھنے کا ہے۔

ریفرنسز کی نگرانی کے لیے سپریم کورٹ کے ایک معزز جج کو نگران بھی مقرر کیا گیا ہے۔

All this effort will go to waste if the criminal family gets around NAB. It could not do this in Supreme Court but it can easily do this in NAB.

Who can get away to London despite being called by NAB twice? For every other person, even from PPP, there would have been non bailable arrest warrants. But Sharif was escorted up to the plane, no matter what excuse he had to go back his loot in London.

Wave of despair again it seems ... Relax guys, look at the bigger picture. SC is forcing lower courts to start working as they should be. GT road revolution (against Judiciary and Army) was a self-stamp of political death for Nawaz and you will see more honest people surfacing to do the right thing. Maryam is screaming because she's loosing control, even the PM is not in her control. It's all well!

Look at it as a forced correction of the system. When you start an old engine after a long time, you don't simply put a new battery and crank it up! You've got to check the all systems first and service/fix it all. Justice system is similar and this engine is being prepared to run properly - there's no quick fix other than to wrap up the whole system and replace it.

Yes SC could have sent NS to jail. Then what? SC should be hearing the case against every corrupt person? No! Now it's time to get NAB courts (engine) functioning and it's better to do such a thing where the facts of a case and evidence is intimately known to SC. This is a really good test case for the functionalisation of lower courts.

None of these criminals are getting away, the world is too small to hide now with their loot. Remember the fate of Shah of Iran?

Working behind the scene? Kaisy? If u are talking abt objections of registrar..ye tu bhtt hi clerical objections raise ki hain, registrar ne....ke page numbers theek nahi hai..1-2 copies missing hain.. This is not what we want..

Monitoring judge ko pooray references check karnay thay ke JIT ne jo MLAs ki request bheji theen..unko sahi se follow up kia hia..NAB ne ya nahi? JIT report ki evidences missing tu nahi?

Monitoring judge was to ensure, implementation of verdict in letter and spirit and oversee and monitor proceedings of NAB and accountability court...

NAB ko kahin monitor kia..J Ijaz ul Ahsan ne? Tht NAB is not playing any tricks? Ye sab kon karay ga. Ye registrar nahi karsakta.. Monitoring judge..kis kaam ke liye thay?

No! Now it's time to get NAB courts (engine) functioning and it's better to do such a thing where the facts of a case and evidence is intimately known to SC. This is a really good test case for the functionalisation of lower courts.

My issue is with J Ijaz ul Ahsan. Why isnt he performing his job..for which he was appointed? Tht is to moniotr NAB? He has given free hand to NAB to do whatever it wants.. He had to ensure tht NAB doesnt play tricks but he isnt doing anything to ensure tht..rather.than tht..every day theres news..tht how NAB has fooled everyone with these refernces..but no check from J Ijaz ul Ahsan.

Best part is that the blood sucking lawyers are literally burying Nawaz ka Tabbar by continuing to prolong the inevitable, even worsening their predicament in the process but keeping their money bank swelling at the cost of letting them sinking deeper and deeper in their quagmire.

No.. NAB ko reference tu file karnay hi thay..within six weeks.. Bcause there were direct and clear orders of SC..and if they wouldnt have filed references in 6 weeks..there would have been contempt of court proceedings against NAB.. S NAB took the easy way out....filed...so called references within 6 weeks..but weak and faulty.ljis ki basis par saza hi na hosakay.. Sab khush..

NAB references ka file hona ..monitoring ko show nahi karta.. Infatc it was a very smart move by NAB.. Aur references bhi aisy file kiye..jis main itni clercal mistakes hain ke registrar bhi accept nahi karrahay....aisy references par koi saza hosakti hai? While Ijaz ul Ahsan still..sleeping...despite all channels screaming tht how NAB is playing tricks...

I am not against following process of law.. But it should be followed in its spirit too..as panama verdict said tht we are requesting CJ to appoint monitoring judge..so tht verdict is implemented in letter and spirit.. What is being done by monitoring judge now.lto ensure this? We did not appoint monitoring judge. Panama judges itself asked CJ to appoint.. Yet they are not implementing their own verdict now?

You are absolutely right.

We are in a unique situation (as a country), we have seen law being made a joke all our lives to the point that if anything right happens (as per law), we celebrate like we have won a World Cup - and it's natural human psyche. No issues here!

Like when JIT was investigating, perhaps families of JIT members might be unsure, but when they investigated Nawaz as per laid down procedures then entire country was ecstatic. Why?

Because in many decades we have seen powerful flouting the law day in and day out that if we get our electricity meter installed or get our company registered without rishwat - we will probably faint
