Aaj ye dono cases bhi scheduled tu hain lekin shayad uss ka time na milay... Ye panama review case hi saara time le ley ga.. I think ab 3 member bench ki hearing jis main Nihal Hashmi aur geo wala case hai..woh ab panama review hearing jis din complete hogi..us ke baad hi un 2 cases ki baari aayegi..shayad

ON formation of JIT as per verdict.

Two judges though that the evidence at hand is enough to declare NS guilty but the other three asked for further investigation and probe via formation of JIT.

And you are right, i do not think that ANYTHING can change the minds of hardcore PMLN supporters but from what i see, many less rigid supporters are seeing things more clearly now.



BTW, you read that post regarding reference and how i think things are now going to get tougher. I always thought that it will be around this point in time. Now lets see if it was correct or not.

Yes.. I read tht post.. I sincerely hope and pray tht your views and @Realistic Change news, is correct regd fierce monitoring being done by J Ijazul Ahsan, in coming days ..and i am very hopeful now..since Realistc Change's news are almost always correct.. And your earlier view regd monitoring being done at this stage..makes sense now .. So ..am waiting now...

OMGG... Kh haris said ke ..kia 62(1)(f) ki disqualification ..for life hai..?
J Ejaz Afzal siad ke faislay main kahan likha hai ke DQ ..for life hai? Is par aap ki assistance darkaar hogi.l

WHAT the hell is this? There have judgments of SC in the past..where it said tht since there is no time frame given ....in 621()(f) ..hence....disqualification is for life.. Its a settled matter for now.. Even Farogh Nasim cited verdicts of SC on this matter..and now Ejaz Afzal is saying ke kahan likha hai ke dq ..for life hai? Is par aap ki assistance chahye..

WHAT the hell is this? Ab ye jo disqualify hua hai..uss ke lawyer se poochein ge ke kitnay arse ki dq chahye? When there are already verdicts of SC on this matter tht DQ is for life...and its a settled fact for now...unless there is a constituitional ammendment..
