Agar hum yeh chahtay hain ke establishment judiciary ko pressurize karay ke NS ke khilaaf faisla do, tou aisa nahi karegi establishment.

Baat support karnay ki nahi.. Balke advise dena ke Mian sb..aap ki media management achi nahi... Aap yeh karein ..aap woh karein...phir jo judges ke saath govt ki media team ne kia..woh sab ke saamnay hai

Tou NS kitna khush hua hoga yeh sunn kar.. aur socha hoga ke establishment tou mere saath hai.. judiciary ko apnay haq main karna baein haath ka khel hai..

JIT ne jab 8000 pages pesh kiey tou hosh thikanay aagaey.. jab se cheekh raha hai ke fauj ne saazish ki hai.. abb lag gaya na pata..

Gen Bajwa ne yehi socha ..shyaad ke faisla aanay do....us ke baad bahar bhagaa dein ge.. JIT main tu gen Bajwa ..apnay members bhi nahi bhejna chah rahay thay..iss ko aap kia kahein ge?.

Jab initial verdict aaya aur Justice Khosa aur Gulzar ke verdict ko bhtt ziada appreciation mili..tu inn judges ne bhi prove karna tha ke hum..bikaao nahi hain.liss liye inhon ne achi JIT select ki..media aur public attention..is case par bhtt ziada thee.. Agar achi JIT select na kartay tu sab yehi kehtay ke yeh bikay huay hain..

Iss pressure main inhon ne JIT main achay members select kiye.. Aur JIT report k baad..tubkoi chance hi nahi tha ke yeh disqualify na kartay warna bhtt ziada badnaam hotay..

I think ye 3 judges bikaao nahi hain.but they are weak.. Jab inn par pressure tha.lbhtt ziada tu inhon ne NS ko disqualify tu kar diya lekin jaisy hi pressure kafi hadd tak release hua tu ab monitoring bhi nahi ho rahi.. Judgment main reasonsing bhi weak di....aur jo minimum punishment banti thee..sirf woh di.. DQ ke ilaawa koi raasta nahi tha..warma bhtt badnaam hotay..

Ab pressure nahi hai..tu bilkol relax hogaye hain.indifferent.. These 3 judges are not literally corrupt..but weak ..i think.. Na inhein corrupt keh saktay hain..aur na hi ..as honest or courageous as J Khosa and Gulzar......Ab inn judges par jab pressure nahi hai tu koi fikr hi nahi..ke NS jahan jaye..kuch bhi karay..monitoring nahi horahi... Upar se establishment /Gen Bajwa bhi pro NS.. In dono ne mil kar bhaagnay diya ...

i dont think k review mn bhi kuch khas details ayn gi, the focus is towards NAB cases and rest of the things are put off the radar ...

I think right now very focussed and targeted approach is being used however, I think judges need to understand that half of the punishment is perception and if there is a perception that NS is being given favours then they should act specially for contempt of court .,,, at minimum Nehal Hashmi should be given some imprisonment

What about fake NOTRY stamp?

Jitna material dena tha, dedia.. abb baqi idaray apni zimmedari ka ehsaas karain..

Whose focus is...on NAB references? SC ka? Yahan tu kisi ka focus nahi hai.....references par........... SC judge..was appointed to monitor those references... However thers no monitoring at all.. Koi tu bataaye...ke ..monitroing judge kahan hain..aur koi monitoring kiun nahi horahi? NAB ko full opportunity kiun di jaa rahi hai? NAB ne weak references file kiye hain..docs bhi incomplete hain..lekin J Ijaz ul ahsan ko hosh hi nahi aaraha... Ye kaisy jaagein ge?

I seriously disagree with this approach..

They should have mentioned all the reasons and should have given punishments to the ones who provided forged docs. These were agreed facts.. And SC had all the power under some articles to act as trial court..

Bhai, I think the two earlier judges did not write any punishment for Nawaz for lying other than DQ like the later three. Or did they? Let me check the verdict. Do share if you remember their judgment better than myself.

You are right about the bench's power to provide complete justice, I remember the article as 184.

Those two judges didnt give any further punishment..other than disqualification..because they wrote tht judgment on 20th April..and since their judgment was in minority..their judgment wasnt implemented further..rather judgment of those 3 were implemented...

Those 2 judges didnt only disqualify the PM.....infact..Like 3judgments called for constituiting JIT..those 2 judges ...had also constituited an implementation bench..taken away powers from Chairman NAB and NAB had to conduct investigation under tht implementation bench..just like JIT conducted investgation under implementation bench.. And tht bench would hv selected NAB officers too...just like JIT..... Jaisy JIT ke baad 3 judges ne verdict diya...and recommended criminal references...agar un 2 judges ki verdict implement horahi hoti..t unhon ne bhi criminal references NAB ki apni supervision main..investigation ke baad references banaany thay.. Unki verdict disqualification par nahi rukni thee..infact hosakta hai ke ..us waqt ziada achi monitoring hoti..because direct NAB ke upar hoti..aur NAB ne hi process aagay chalaana tha..so NAB officers selected by judges would have contnued the process further..

But anyways..i am not complaining.. JIT did a brilliant job.. But now.. Tht process has shifted to NAB..now no monitoring is being done..and NAB is given free hand to do whatever it wants...

Thank you, re-checked the judgement myself too. Proves how the Two August Judges had arrived at the correct judgement earlier, along with a monitoring bench instead of a single judge. Would have saved a lot of time.

Not for the first time we see that other than our own judiciary, everyone in the world is aware that Justice delayed is justice denied.
