They were literally begged by petitioners to give a verdict quickly. The whole nation wanted a quicker verdict including all of us. The judges are human after all, they delivered what was legally on merit as well as quick. The monitoring judge is a great blessing still and proves the cheering correct on DQ verdict.

Six weeks time was always gonna be synonymous to a cat stuck on a hot tin roof for general public and posters like us who always wanted a decision over the weekend.

One thing is obvious, inherent prejudice for PMLN! Finding excuses to go soft on their Criminal conduct, be it Dawn leaks or inciting people against the Judiciary etc etc.

If it were PPP, they would have got worst than what it deserved after abusing the State and its constitution so openly and repeatedly e.g. Geelani's false dismissal when according to the letter of the law; President has immunity.

If our legal system goes by the book to the very punctuation let alone letter in case of proving Nawaz & co. are criminals then why not even the letter of the law is implemented in case of their contempt of court, verbal abuse and "inciting people to pledge their allegiances to Nawaz against the Judiciary and State Institutions"?

Shareef Family ke liey procedure different hai ECL main naam daalnay ka..

ECL procedure number 12.5.1 (a) states: "Any person whose surname is "Shareef" should not be listed in the Exit Control unless the following two conditions are met:

"i) The person has already left the country; or
ii) The person has already left the world

Although it is not written, everyone completely understands this procedure and requirement.

Verdict bilkul bekaar tha.. and all five judges signed on it. I honestly think that Justice Khosa and Gulzar should have refused to sign the five member bench part.

No.. Justice Khosa and Gulzar couldnt refuse... They only signed on order of the court..which was majority verdict..tht is by 3 judges.. Justice Khosa and Gulzar ka role sirf itna tha..ke woh numbers main count hojayein..

28th July ko jab Justice Khosa ne announce karna shuru kiya tha.. He said 2 of us had already given our final verdict on 20th april... 3 had dferrred the decision.. S i give the mike back to Ejaz Afzal.. Later Justice Khosa had only read the order of the court..aur unhon ne order of the court par hi sign kiye hain..which became cour order..due to it being in majority.. Justice Khosa aur Gulzar ka aur koi role nahi tha.. Unko sirf 5 member bench ko poora karna tha aur court order par sign karna tha.. Woh apnay previous verdict main kuch add ya subtract nahi karsaktay thay .. Na hi 3 judges ki verdict main interfere karsaktay thay.. S rf 5 member bench ko poora karna tha..numbers ki wajah se.. Ke unki verdict count ho.. Agar dissent hota, 3 judges main..tab Justice Khosa aur Gulzar ki verdict important hoti aur count hoti..
