Dost, I agree but all this is being written in case laws so whatever current judges are doing they are setting-up standard for future cases. Speedy trail will provide justice in this particular case but has a potential to be miss used in future ... So this is history in making ,,, slow but steady ...

In my post did you find me quoting military as our savior? Most of the time military is equally responsible for current situation of Pakistan ... I am banking my hope on judiciary and judiciary is working perfectly ... Furthermore, there is no chance of Zardari coming into power ...
