If SC and JIT members can show courage against a sitting PM, who has all the support of the world, then nothing can stop them from taking an action against his wife, who is now going to lead a fractured party.

Remember there are rifts within the family and a lot of MNAs are finding excuses to leave the party.

SC's position after this by election will be strong. The lead is not much and PMLN should be worried. Maryam is worried in the video and rightly so. In the stronghold of PMLN, they weren't expecting this humiliating win.. lolz..

If there was some gap...between these two events..then i would still have expected courage from SC.. But just 3 days ago..they rejectd review petition..jo ke reject honi hi thee..as scope of review is extremely limited and most review petitions get rejected... And now...just as kulsoom wins....SC disqualifies kulsoom nawaz now? It will give some sort of (?) credibility to PML N's theory..ke SC ..establishment ke saath mil kar sazish karrahi hai.. Already they are saying ke panama se case shuru hua..iqama par nikaal diya....ab agar Kulsoom Nawaz ke jeetnay ke fauran baad..kulsoom nawaz ko bhi disqualify kar diya,,tu ...SC sazish karrahi hai..iss twisted theory ka perception strong hojayega.. I dont think..SC would let this happen..

Judges khud keh keh kar thak gaye ke hum restraint show karrahay hain.. Ab iss sab ke fauran baad..kulsoom nawaz ko disqualify karna..impossible hi nazar aata hai mujhe tu..... Kia khyal hai? @PakSword

There are extremely strong reasons against acceptance of KN's nomination papers.

There are reservations against EC/ NADRA for letting unverified voters (29000) to cast their votes in this election.

I don't think KN can get away with this so easily.

There are extremely strong reasons against acceptance of KN's nomination papers.

There are reservations against EC/ NADRA for letting unverified voters (29000) to cast their votes in this election.

I don't think KN can get away with this so easily.

Acceptance of kulsoom nawaz's nomination papers is entirely a differenct case... And reservations against EC/NADRA on 29000 voters is entirely different.. SC main tu abhi kulsoom nawaz ke nomination wala case aaya hai.. EC/NADRA ka case..abhi tu LHC jayega..pehle..shayad..

Monday ko tu kulsoom nawaz ke case ki hearing honi hai... SC main...

SC ke judges jab khud openly admit karrahay hain ke hum restraint show karrahay hain.. I know tht there are extremely strong reasons against KN's nomination.... I think agar...NS disqualification aur KN ke case main kuch months ka gap hota tu KN ki disqualification pakki thee.. Abhi tu review ko reject huay..juma juma 8 din bhi nahi huay..literally...aur KN ke election jeetnay ke fauran baad..SC ka iss ko disqualify karna.....mujhe nazar nahi aata

I agree with @Realistic Change change that SC shall decide on merit, not soft or hard stance but on merit. If KN has not given details of her Aqama in nomination papers then She should be a goner. There cannot be two different decisions on the same grounds.

I agree with @Realistic Change change that SC shall decide on merit, not soft or hard stance but on merit. If KN has not given details of her Aqama in nomination papers then She should be a goner. There cannot be two different decisions on the same grounds.

She should be a goner, no doubt.. But this will be too much for SC to handle, at this stage.. Didnt u just hear what baji maryam said? Awaam ne faislay par faisla sunaa diya.. Awaam ne tumhara faisla mustarad kar diya.... Kia SC...apnay ooper ye thappa abhi lagaye gi...tht they have some personal vendetta against sharifs.. Pehlay PM ko disqualify kiya,, phir kulsoom nawaz ko election ke fauran baad..disqualify kar diya... Pehle kehtay phir rahay hain sharifs ke panama ke case main iqama par nikaal diya establishment ke kehnay par.. Ab tu ek hungama machaa dein ge agar kulsoom nawaz ko bhi disqualify kar diya

Listening to Maryam Safdar, I think that Judicial system of Pakistan should be ready to take a leaf from Guru Gurmeet Case aftermath. There were violent riots but the Judiciary stood firm against it all and delivered the due justice to the culprit.

So what if KN won, she only got 60k votes out of a constituency of 320k total voters.

Justice should be blind and ruthless the same way it is for the rest of us.
