Anybody that approaches a border several dozen meters away would be fired upon anywhere in the world. They prevented an incursion, so that's what matters.
It's easy for you to say since you're not an occupied entity with your rights violated every day, you're sovereign. I would also like to see recommend these suggestions to Israel which perpetrates violence and other violence around the world.

with the goal of being Neutral in any conflict. It is also the policy to adhere to International Law, and critizize
violations of International Law.
While Israel violates many International Laws, the Palestinians shows direct contempt of the Geneva Convention.
While the Palestinians are much weaker than Israel, I consider the violations much more severe in quality,
if not in quantity.
That needs to stop, before you would get real support for Your case.
No Swedish soldier would shoot at anyone being even 30 cm of the border.
That would be illegal since we are not at war.
When Submarines enter Swedish Territory during 1980s we used Anti Submarine Weapons
against submerged subs, but when a Russian submarine ran aground in the middle of the night,
(drunk captain) the submarine was escorted out (after an apology from the Russians)
Occasionally fighters violate Swedish Airspace, and the Swedish Fighters are sent out
and escort them out, not shoot them down.
The Swedish Airforce even made the USAF stop their SR-71 Blackbirds
making shortcuts over Swedish Air Force showed close photo captions to the US Government.
(Indicating that they WOULD be shot down in the future)
Your situation is different, since there is a war going on. There is no law that you cannot fire
on enemy combatants during war, and you can fire on anyone being close to the border,
but unless they are across the border, don't call it an incursion,
and don't call it that you stop an incursion, since You can only tell
it if you KNOW what their intention is, which might be to stop 35 mm from the border.
What you are doing, is violating a ceasefire agreement, which is inself not illegal,
It is just not a good idea if you do the cost-benefit analysis.
Once it dawns that there will be consequences, then you want the world to condemn
the Israelis for violatings International Laws.
This works quite well with the European population due to a few myths spread by press like:
* It i forbidden to kill civilians (No, it is forbidden to specifically target civilians)
* It is forbidden to use White Phosphorus against civilians (No, it is forbidden to use Incendiary Weapons against civilians)
etc.
Western Experts know the difference, so there is much less support than you are looking for.
Personally, I find the strategy disgusting.
I think Palestinians behave like a kid which steal candy from its big brother and runs for mother,
when he gets the deserved nosescrubbing.
Sweden fought Denmark for 500 years, and now we are only fighting each other in the Sports arena.
Once you give a rational way forward for he Israelis, they will go for it.
Not without discussion, and there will have to be a fight between Israeli peacelovers and Israeli Extermists

Denmark has still not forgot a war they lost 350 years go, but they do not plan to go to war over it.
As for Ukraine, the Rus kingdom of Kiev was named after the region just north of Stockholm (Rosslagen).

The Ukrainan flag is Blue & Yellow (rings a bell?, compare with the Swedish Flag)
and there are still Swedish speaking villages in Ukraine.
Sweden has no plans to go to war over this. Most swedes are not even aware of it.
War is BAD, and Palestinians suffer much more than Israel.
Still You want to deny the Palestinians to choose new leaders by free elections.
Even after repeated disasters where any decent government would reseek approval
