No doubt foreign aid helped but the fact remain the military gov at that time appointed top notch economist like Dr. Haq to run the economy who later developed five year plans for South Korea.

Are you guys claiming South Korean prosperity is a result of some Pakistani advisor ? the world has moved on since the 1960s, 1980s and 1990s.
