Trump whole policy and goals revolve around u.s coming elections,he wants face saving and artificial victory to win elections.His all measures were only limited to talks with no practical implementation at ground level like he met nkorea leader multiple times and falsely claimed that he has reached the deal but neither he has rlmoved sanctions from nkorea nor nkorea stopped nuclear and missile development.I think same will happen with afghanistan problem
