Well my dear chap, she does not look old in this pic, it is Helly who does not look her age, at the moment 6 years old she looks, in 10 years time, because helly has no bone structure (or very poor let us say) the effects of gravity will give her a triple chin and sagging cheeks, the same goes for avika gor, who I bet you also find nice looking and better than nausheen lol, @Moonlight our friend jamahir is convinced his favourite beauty helly shah is better looking than nausheen , nargis fahkri etc
