Usually they have the AMC patch on their shoulders, she seems to be sitting in a Chopper or APC.

The Patch is below the national flag. Sitting in a chopper or an APC doesn't make anyone a combatant. Only AMC and Police deploy females on UN missions.

PS it's the cockpit of an MI-35 helicopter.
