surely this is in the west bank part of palestine... the nato-installed mullahs in gaza won't allow such a event.

both seem to be traditional palestinian dresses.

well, i am more a expert on jamahirism, which is the true path, so will offer my humanist services to instill socialist values in the arab ladies anytime.

and you and zibago talking of this reminds me of the lovely maha, a palestinian christian from a israeli village ( the village looks nothing like desi villages ) but living in italy with her italiano husband... she runs the youtube channel 'learn arabic with maha' but also makes arabic food online and talks generally of arabic culture and etiquette :

yeah.

actually i too re-looked at the picture after the power came back and i saw the audience... all except one are wearing either a full burqa or burqa without niqab, and i realized this can't be west bank, as far as i know... gaza, i realized then.

and i find it funny that the organizers think they can preserve gaza's cultural wear in a hamas-rule environment.

at least when talking of a system of political arrangement of society, can you tell me of any other system that is more simpler and more scientific than jamahiriya??

i am a follower of both the 'green book' and marxian thought and believe in mixing both... in fact, the jamahiriya political theory ( green book, part 1, solution to the problem of democracy ) is actually what communism desires - people ruling/governing themselves.

i will soon post the green book as a thread and you will see for yourself its utter simplicity and naturality.
