By the analogy Mel Gibson should ride a horse because he played medieval character in the Brave heart movie.
Chris Evans should fly and carry a shield in real life because he is captain America?
I think due the Islamist brainwash they don’t a understand that an actor is an actor and they are not real life clerics or priests lol

If they see Keanu Reeves as a Shy Charming and Polite person who does not like even being interviewed much, they will definitely hate him for deceiving them being John Wick and Neo

Anyways its showbiz, Have you people seen Actors of your own showbiz and their personal life?
Even though Turkey is a much more open society compared to Pakistan its Day and Night, But Showbiz Stars live a high different level of life every where in the world.
If people go by these standards, They will never find an actress if you want to make a movie about Madir e Millat Fatima Jinnah. Hell we wont even be able to find a Male actor that can portray Abdul Sattar Edhi Sahib

It’s funny and ironic they love turkey because they think it’s successor of the Ottoman Empire but they don’t know the founder of turkey was even against religion he wasn’t like Jinnah who founded Pakistan based of the Islamic identity stature founded turkey based on pre Islamic nationalism and identity which is considered jahyliyia by the same islamists who admire turkey

I doubt it they would just basically see it as cringe tbh

It is but maybe it'll waken the sleeping ghairat in them. :agree: Public shaming has kept our society in check.

Few random twitter comments is a news for Pawn News....

Coming to the comments, Muslim actresses of Islamic Republic of Pakistan aren't paragons of Islamic haya clad in abayas and hijabs either; actresses who violently and boldly shake their breasts and buttocks in item numbers clad in similarly revealing clothes and even leather catsuits.
@Desert Fox

Turkey did a massive surgical strike on all Pakistani liberals(self-proclaimed) who are now butt-hurt beyond cure.

They've had no problem with bollywood's cultural aggression and vulgarity and hollywood's propaganda pieces and TV serials like game of thrones but are butt-hurt over a Turkish TV serial with which most Pakistanis can culturally associate with.

this is funny that most of the comments in this thread are coming from brits/americans --- few people commenting on an actress lifestyle doesn't make it a controversy --- Mr OP, there are more Turkey dramas coming, havesome sabr!

What people see from these TV shows and the news, they think of Turkey as a muslim country but its actually very moderate, probably the most moderate muslim country.

So people in Pakistan don't know that much of that country and its people are actually very westernized and would rather be considered European.
People know very well that Turkey is secular and that hijab was banned.

She is quoting Mustafa Kamal for her moral values. Which says it all but who cares? We aren't interested in her. We are interested in the historical character.

So you do understand most Turks do revere him as a national here and your post sounds you do care about her:-)

Turkey lifted the hijab ban in 2015 and Ataturk didn't institute a hijab ban but was put in place during the 1980s under a military coup government
