Oh puhleeze okay just caus eur few friends are all praises over karachi wali biryani doesnt mena the WHOLE FREKAING world is crazy about it and shizz, noone cares. Ur handful of friends in alhore donot represent entire lahore not entire Punjab region who never care about Karachi biryani.
And luckily ihave had the exposure to eat biryanis made by people from different cities and towns and proper biryani with layers is proper. If someone cooks it pulao style then thts their fault , ihave eaten proper layered biryani in lahore, never sene the pulao wali biryani there, i dont get this whole dissing nonsense kaarchiites do on biryani online.

I have eaten lahore ki bhi, karachi ki bhi , islambad ki , pindi ki, and i never found difference in biryani style apart from the cooks individual hands zaiqa.

And if karachis biryani is soooo special tau saray pakistan may mashhoor hota sirf internet pay hee karachiites har jaga biryani discussions ko ruin kartay hain about their briyani being the best whilst no one really cares.

Lets say they might taste best in their opinion but then whats the point in throwing i others faces , your biryani is crap we do best biryani etc etc. like har jaga online karachi walay yehi harkatain kar rahay hotay hain.

Aloo are not a part of biryani people use add them jab biryani m chicken kam ho but karachities also like biryani without aloo but aloo are best in their own way.

Well I had a bad experience with potatoes once in biryani....that was my first experience of biryani in Karachi... I reached Karachi airport at midnight and batman served food at 02:00 AM.."Sir jee apka liya humna Karachi ka mashoor biryani mangwa ha", thus increasing my appetite to crazy levels since I didn't get the chance to eat my lunch due to work...and the biryani came with quite a few chicken pieces and its aroma..but it was very spicy so I had to pour big spoons of sweetened yogurt but still eyes and nose were crying tears and a small pile of used napkins was getting higher on the side and then I saw a very healthy chicken piece and I placed it in haste in my mouth to reduce the sting..."likin wo tu alooo tha...sara spice uss ma tha...Mera tu dunya badal dia os ne" since that day I hate aloo in Biryani...before that I had never eaten biryani with potatoes...

So this issue truly splits Pakistanis. I am a no aloo kind of guy. Frankly aloo take the space there should be meat in. I don't mind aloo in a biriyani, but every time i bite one i'm thinking.. why is this not a boti?
