The 11000 nautical miles range was essential in its ability to target Visakaputnam. If we needed to attack IN's eastern flank back in 1971, we definitely need to attack today as well.

It makes every sense for Pakistan to acquire a few SSNs/SSBNs that can stay under water for at least 6 months, contain a massive nuclear arsenal, and is able to circumnavigate around India at will.

We have not such large water coastline, we don't need nuclear powered submarine, we are getting 8 new diesel powered submarines from china.

For completion of Triad Pakistan need SSBNs, they allow powerful retaliation in case India change their doctrine and use nukes first or they respond to our TNWs with large nukes then these Subs are only option to strike back.

We don't need to publicly reveal our capabilities until absolutely necessary. Remember 18th of May 1998

Please let me know where are we making this N-Sub, Is there any hidden Sub making facility in any of Our Mountains,??????
And from where we are getting the Material that is required to make the body of SUB,?????? R we making that in Pakistan ?? Where?? And What About Other Hundreds of Systems???
And In Last we only have very few like 2 to 3 sites where we can make Subs or where Sub making facilities are available , And USA AND All other Countries don't know or have Any Idea that we are making a N-Sub and it will come out in 2020, Almost ready in one piece and soon going for Sea Trials...

Off course not in pipeline.Pak scientist have to develop nuclear propulsion system and related technologies first.
