Unfortunately there are not very decent batsmen in Pakistan line up, otherwise no team in the world would like to play with 10 batsmen instead of 11 just to have such batsman who doesn't believe in using common sense for the entertainment of spectators.

It means that you can have only a certain nu,ber of fielders outside the circle (near the boundary).
Power play 1 is of first 10 overs allowing 2 fieldsmen.
PP2 is of 5 ovrs and allows 3 fielders
PP3 is same.

(PP2 is taken by bowling team and PP3 is taken by batting team)
