Agree, India vs New Zealand tomorrow will also probably be washed out. Can't have so many games abandoned in a world cup, it's a disgrace and very unfair to fans and the teams. We'll end up in a situation where some really good team might be denied a slot in the top 4 because they had to share points because the match was abandoned due to rain.

A tournament like this should be interruption free. If Ashes are important for England, World Cup should have been organised in some other country. If weather interrupts, it takes away the fairness and competition although both teams share the point, but the better team does not win.

Actually Pakistan's chances are still good. If Pakistan gets 1 point and then beats India. Then they have really good chances of moving to semis. There is Afghanistan, Bangladesh, South Africa. Only new Zealand is going to be a tough team after India.. IF they beat India and get 6 points then get 6 off other teams they can still lose to new Zealand and make it. I Think they can even beat New Zealand but the bowling will be tough.

Washout games are not good no matter who is at advantage or disadvantage because supporters want to enjoy the contest instead of getting points without playing. you don't deserve to be a champion if you want rain to provide you any advantage. Three matched already been abandoned and Unfortunately rain may also spoil the contest in next few matches in Taunton (Australia v Pakistan), Nottingham (India v New Zealand) and Southampton (England v West Indies). You wait five years for world cup not to witness washout games
