Dont' be silly ...

The shorter range missiles are smaller and lighter than the long range missiles.
This makes them very easy to deploy and very easy to hide.
Not to mention the high mobility of the launch vehicle,

Since India is only a stone throw away, and there are several population centers in that range, these two missiles Nasr and Abdali suit the bill very nicely.

PS: keep posting the Rafales and Sukhois to forward bases now. We will keep sending Abdalis with low yield plutonium tips.

No, when missiles are tested without any purpose except periodic testing, it is done by the SFC.
All of these tests are developmental tests, unless stated otherwise.
