Finally, some one agreed that it was not rains which flooded Pakistan.
Ok, the intent of releasing water can be discussed...... though.

That article was written in 2006 and the case is mainly about floods in India. Now if you check up, India did not have any major floods in 2006. So nitpicking from the article is just subverting its message

They floods caused that year were very minor floods which were not out of the norm. They were in NO WAY comparable to the juggernaut of destruction that hit Pak this year.

Large Dams can cause floods, but not to that extent that it did in Pakistan. The Indian dams on rivers flowing to Pak dont have the capacity to cause these floods.

Also, if the dams did release water and casued the floods, they would be almost empty now. And that would have been picked up by satellites and the world would know why Pak had floods. And then India would be held accountable. DO u see that happening? NOPE

Even your government, media or most of the populace dont accuse India for this disaster. Why do you INSIST on doing so yourself?
