This plane is now 40 years old. Russia is buying the SU 57 and soon India will have it. this is even worse than the F14 which Iran has. time to tell them no! At least give us F18 or F15.

I highly doubt it; their goal is to pump India. The State Department has to do the least amount of work on this country when you have a chaprasi-level individual who's more than enough to handle Pakistan.

But if according to Modi Kashmier is settled then why we need any defence spending and accumulate more loans. Scrap the armed forces and train every man and woman in the warfare and spend hard earned money on the country industrialization not on more DHA's.

Lol F35s are a powerful US foreign policy tool, that is not for sale just for money. F35 are for close US allies only.
Pakistan would be very lucky to upgrade its existing F16s to V and/or get new blk 70s.

yes, very stupid, a used f-16 mlu will cost less than $27m, a j-10c will cost about 3-4x that...

their geographic location has zero relevance, on top of that, any f-16 buy will make zero difference politically, its a balancing act which is needed and will have no additional political impact, if us was to sanction us, the f-16s are gone anyway, if anything, we pick up more spares and weapons this way to have more serviceable planes when needed.

I'm still against this. There is no point in buying anymore F-16s.

Just build more advanced JF-17s and J-10Cs.

I'm the biggest advocate for buying J-10Cs. They are just as good as F-16s.
