In Pak Armed forces, its officers who always lead men followed by JCO's and then NCO's. Here the whole op is being conducted in the absence of a commissioned officer as a leader, this makes it a worth while effort for Pak Forces to go through this training.

It is unfair to compare a super power with a regional power. US has a defence budget of almost $700 Billion while Pakistan's is roughly $9 Billion. We are talking about more than 700x Times budget difference.

I suspect Pak defence budget is actually higher than stated and understandably so, we live in a tough neighbourhood with very over ambitious neighbour.Kudos

Those soldiers are doing fine, IMO.

Please keep in mind that an American soldier is a graduate on average (16 years of formal education), with ample exposure to technology.

The US Spec Op Sergeant (in his typical American accent) is simply showing/ teaching skills that are already part of CQB and ship-board hostage rescue & clearing basic training. I think this exercise is more of a goodwill gesture than a real advanced training exercise. And are US Marines (with their hands tied) acting as hostages or aggressors? I do not see the aggressors or the bad guys anywhere?
