Here are five highlights of the resolution that was passed by the British parliament over Gilgit-Baltistan in Pakistan.

1. That this House condemns the arbitrary announcement by Pakistan declaring Gilgit-Baltistan as its Fifth Frontier, implying its attempt to annex the already disputed area.
   
2. Notes that Gilgit-Baltistan is a legal and constitutional part of the state of Jammu and Kashmir, India.
   
3. It is illegally occupied by Pakistan since 1947, and where people are denied their fundamental rights including the right of freedom of expression.
   
4. Notes the attempts to change the demography of the region in violation of State Subject Ordinance.
   
5. Forcibly and illegally building the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor, which further aggravates and interferes with the disputed territory.

Actually true in some sense. Infact its not lack of a person with balls (in India even ladies can be authority, Pakistan knows better), its lack of a person without accountability or thick skin or shameless. Actually India doesn't have any person who will be unaccountable (like Musharraf was), even Indira lost elections. Actually India doesn't allow shameless authority who can get his 5000 of people killed and still claim he caught our enemy by throat (how shameless). We don't have shameless people who will first attack enemy and when enemy reaches our cities, will make us believe that the same is our defence day.
Therefore anyone who will first launch attack on Pakistan from India will do with a plan and motive. After 1971 there wasn't a need for India to attack. But warmongering will increase from BJP leaders in future.
