Pakistan Going For J-11?

IAF is Acquiring 230 SU30MKI for under $9 billion total sum.

The ones From Russia are costing around $45m each.

Those assembled in HAL/India are costing $37m each.

J11 will be under $40m each (not a great deal of money) considering the awesome boost of a real twin engined flanker beast.

Joking apart we know PAF can,t buy 230.

BUT around 40 planes is an option. and wil cost around $1.6 billion to $2 billion.

BUT around 40 planes is an option. and wil cost around $1.6 billion to $2 billion.

A more important question must be ; IS there any need for these? To be honest, personally, i don't see such needs keeping Pakistan's current defense doctrine in view. Beside that we all know Pakistan Air Force like two other sister forces is pursuing AFDP-2019 program and there is no mention of any twin engined heavy fighter like J-11. Best thing for PAF from China would be duo of FC-20 and KJ-200/KJ-2000.

Pakistan MUST put all out effort to establish space based surveillance capability ... Yep, you got it i am talking about Intel Satellites controlled and operated by GHQ and not by SUPARCO.
