The investor is dual national..... so this project must be a security risk as per most of PDF posters.

And it is promoted by Zulfi Bukhari so it is naturally bad as per majority of Pakistani anchor persons.

'destroy' is a strong word. Different type of tourists have coexisted in different part of world.

Having a Serena hotel in Gilgit has not destroyed lower cost tourism there.

Having Malam-Jubba resort, hasn't destroyed lower cost tourism in Swat.

The main benefit of tourism is that it brings in lots of employment with it. I would always like the money to be invested in tourism than anything else. congrats.
