Pakistan has said to support the political struggle of Kashmir, the Mujahideen are a Kashmiri offensive it is India that has to convince them to give up arms But Modi Gov believes in oppression so I don't think that they will give up arms. Just the other day AJK assembly members were accused of blasphemy just for opposing the government and in Gilgit Baltistan people gets charged under Anti Terrorism Law just for staging a protest.

Go and read about indian army special power acts where they are even given power to kill humans like dogs in kashmir.

No protests in balochistan. No military is present there except in garrisons. No armed rebels. All have surrendered and rest are in switzerland or afghanistan.
