I think many do visit Iran, but comparing to their medical facilities India or Pakistan is a prefered destination.

Well India offered to take all the fruits and stuff yesterday and today Pakistan opened border you do the math.

So you are saying that if one has a valid Pakistani visa and during last year or so has traveled to India and thus has an Indian visa on his passport should not be allowed to enter Pakistan? Why issue him or her a Pakistani visa in the first place?

That is absurd, most of these guys going to India are patients, then why have a dichotomy of sending Pakistani patients to India while not accepting Afghans having Indian visas on their passports.

The absurdity in this is beyond me.

Issuing or cancelling visas is upto the host countries.
I just wonder if you are a patient and decide to go to India for treatment then I think you will complete your treatment there, you wouldn't be going one day to Peshawar and the next to Delhi for treatment, would you?
So again those who want to go to India and those who want to go Pakistan go there.
If Pakistan decide that people from Afghanistan who travel to India are a security risk and wouldn't be allowed into Pakistan, then it's at upto Pakistan to decide.

There are 10s of other private and government hospitals.

The question I asked is that Afghanistan's medical colleges and universities have been in ruinous state for nearly 40 years. They were completely shut down or provided substandard education for 10-20 years at the very least -- so how is it that Afghanistan can furnish qualified doctors.

For example when Pakistan was created -- for many years they cut down the MBBS program to two years to produce people will some medical skills and then later retrained them for another two years to become doctors.

The question I asked was related to institution building, capacity -- providing links to some hospitals does not answer the questions.

As a related issue. Education experts ask a similar question: Afghanistan have built a lot of school buildings but where do the teachers come from. How is it that suddenly after 10 years Afghanistan has been able to produce teachers to teach 7 million children. It is simply not possible.

Yeah Afghanistan have many training and specialty hospitals in various fields of medicine.

Again how many -- how do they get doctors -- what is the ration of doctor to patient -- where were the doctors trained. All open questions and no answers.

Soon Afghanistan will have world class medical facilities with the help of Indians.

yes and then Afghanistan will launch a space probe to Mars in a video game soon thereafter

I dont know of any talent agency in Bumbai where a line of Pakistani actresses are line up but if you do please send me a picture. This is same as someone bragging about Wasim Akram coaching some team in India...lol...Like Indian bragin about IT work in the US...get it?

If i get a job in google with a salary of 50,000 US Dollar/month, and decided not to join, then of course i will be a fool.The same applicable to any pakistani actress(i am not talking all).They will get 10 times what they are getting in pakistan.Most actresses journey usually end in short span and not like normal career of 30 years and so they make enough money in this short span to have a decent life later.This world money rules and not emotions !

Afghans have for unknown reason blaming Pakistan on all world forums for everything wrong in their country despite so many sacrifices done by Pakistan.

On Pakistan criminality increased after afghans came to Pakistan. There were rarely any incident involving weapons in Pakistan, but due to Afghan-Sovjet war a lot of weapon is in Pakistan, a lot of drugs comes from Afghanistan, pakistanis are kidnaped and sent to Afghanistan for randsom . And much more

Despite the fact that Pakistan provided shelter, education, jobs, oppertunities to 5-6 million afghans and maybe much more , as it was free movement of people across Pak-Afghan border to 2016 , it may be many more Afghans in Pakistan in previous years, Pakistanis didnt expect this kind of rubbish behaviour from Afghans, and them siding with India. By siding by India, and anti Pakistan rethoric by afghan politicians at all world forums Pakistanis have starting hating afghan.. We dont want anything with them to do now.
