To all those who think Pakistan has lost it, beat it, our country, our rules. Dont expect any relaxation when you are going to bite the hand that feeds you. Infact we have been feeding this thankless assholes for over 3 decades. Since the time these ANA thugs resumed power in Afghanistan, they have been nothing but hostile to Pakistan. They spread terrorism, drugs, burn our flags, throw stones, spew venom against Pakistan and than expect Pakistan would not react? How stupid is that.
News flash Pakistan and Pakistanis are tired of this BS and we will respond to every provocation by the Afghans or the Indians rest assured. Afghanistan should pray that we remain limited to this and does not actually start hitting you inside Afghanistan.

How about treating those Afghans who are already in Iran? Unlike Afghans who can go to any public hospital in Pakistan.

I think it's not necessary, because only a small portion of our population chose to go for medical purposes to Pakistan and those are:

1, Afghans living in the bordering provinces to Pakistan
2, Afghans in those^ provinces are poor and cannot afford to come to Kabul for treatment (because cost of travel, stay and treatment will cost them 3 folds compared to Pakistan)
3, Afghan refugees inside Pakistan

I have seen a very few people from major Afghan cities to go to Pakistan for treatment, many of them are treated in our cities and rest who don't trust Afghan medical facilities or elites visit India, Turkey or UAE for treatment.

Pakistan is not the most trusted and visited country for Afghans to go for treatment.

6000 afghan patients visit rehman hospital in a month. Thats not including the thousands that go to Islamabad , lahore and Karachi.

I think many do visit Iran, but comparing to their medical facilities India or Pakistan is a prefered destination.

Blame goes to Afghanistan for this. Ghani quickly had to make u turn and become anti-Pakistan once India backed and financed ANA lead government turned against him for being pro Pakistan and wanting normal relations. As things stand now Pakistan can't match India with wallet so relations will continue to be sore in near future.

While Pakistan seem to have turned against average Afghan refugee in response.

Pakistan is not Japan but its economy is bigger than 75 % of the countries , its PPP per capita is bigger than 50 % of the countries , its scientific output is bigger than 70 % of the countries and its stock exchange is currently the best in asia .

No country will accept illegal refuges, but since you like aljazeera (Al-Zionst is more correct) and this sort of news, then better to enjoy them from your own country, at least it says Iran is a safe country :
