The more one thinks about it, there are so many more benefits of this idea too.

Other than giving them their own medicine to choke their throats on (Gao Rakshak killings) may be it can encourage more revolts and indiscipline...their force composition is already a Molotov's cocktail of Castes - waiting for en-lighten-ment, lol, why not help the lot realize their potential.
