So it is India who should be pondering whether it should even try to make peace with a country like Pakistan who has always tried to create 'death through thousand cuts' as Zia famously remarked.

There will be no peace between the two countries until both sides refrain from killing the border troops for at least 10 years. Otherwise, all talks are useless because any such incident would derail any peace process. First, stop all these senseless murders and then talk peace.

Lool India refused? lool the reality is Indian PM Vajpeyi and Musharraf were both really close to coming to a conclusion but the thing is in Pakistan is no government lasts long enough to come to any conclusion.
