UAV is totally different issue , where Pakistan is officially summoning envoy while even it's UAV is doing surveillance .. U can see the shot down toy Chinese UAV and assess yourself. Mind u it's claimed not used by indian defense forces.

While terrorist who used GPS and killed civilians is a serious matter..
No one will kill civilians,police and let it go..
When evidence gets stronger, officially it will be reported to government of Pakistan .
