I'm not sure I'd want the KSA to represent Sunni Muslims. Egypt, Pakistan, Turkey, or Malaysia would be the best choices(albeit Erdogan has screwed around with the Diyanet so I can't say how much that's affected religious affairs).

Or split Sunnis and Shia based on schools of thought. Saudi can be Hanbali, Malaysia can be Shafi, Morocco or Tunisia can have Maliki, and then of course Hanafi will have to be resolved.

We'll also have to remember the Sufi and Ibadi. The Ahmadi probably won't get much luck in acceptance, but Sufis and Ibadis have been part of the Islamic tradition for a while.

Also, on the whole growth rate thing, British colonialists often cited very high growth rates all over the modern day subcontinent as they presided over enforced poverty, subjugation and famines. It's a nice deflection but it's almost a century outdated.

You are again mixing and confusing two different things.

UNSC would resolve conflict between two states and Muslim membership in UNSC can ensure that interests of Muslim world are secured in such a scenario. If it finds something against Islam or Muslims then we can veto that.

In Pakistan you don't have to be a Muslim but it's required for teachers to be anti-Zionist and tolerate or promote antisemitism. So yeah, in Pakistan promoting Israel is currently a form of blasphemy.

What is the definition of a rogue state? Is it defined by conduct or by name-calling? If the former then Israel is being slandered; if the latter then words and hence morality are meaningless and all that counts is counting heads.
