Problem with Pakistan is they never stop dreaming of conquering India even if Kashmir dispute is resolved.

I agree with you. Fixing Kashmir will not do any magic mantra.
Some Pakistanis will stay say, it is our duty to do Ghazwa e Hind etc etc.
Fixing Kashmir is a good idea, but India should not make territorial concessions thinking Indiia Pakistan will become bhai bhai.
