PAF Preparing For Abhinandan's Anniversary

. . .
I don't think Indians would just allow 9 of their aircrafts to be shot down without retaliation

Way too embarrassing, they would be inclined to retaliate
We have shot down in one go. They would have done nothing. And if they would have tried they would have lost way more.

Reportedly it was an SU-30.....happened soon after the swift retort operation.

Actually, it was about to intrude in detail but it is not that easy to shoot it down since that was flying under civilian shadow. There was greater risk to shoot down civilian air liner and by the time we detected; the loser 2 was into his home space for his good. In my opinion, the decision was made accordingly.

Is something planned in Karachi? There seems to be some air activity.

What 😶 can you give more details.

When and what they exactly tried to do ?
Two incidents. One with a Su-30 sneaking in behind a civilian jet.

Another where they gave a civilian jet with 150 people on board a military transponder code. Luckily F-16s intercepted it instead of SAMs being used. But this just shows how little the average Indian's life is valued, and how much obsessive hatred they have for us: they are willing to kill 150 of their own people just to stick it to Pakistan!

Yep , it was around the time , the missile exchange threats were exchanged.
Anyways , then we would have had served 2 cups of tea. Su 30 is a twin seater .

Overexertion is always a bad thing. The Indians would have had to retaliate - it wasn't a choice, but a need of the hour for them. In the same way February 27 2019 was the need of the hour for Pakistan. Of course, Pakistan then would have retaliated in turn too - and so the ante would have continually been upped.

In my opinion, we handled February 27 brilliantly. We retaliated at a higher level and showed the Indians the capability that we had. The Indians knew that the force matrix was on Pakistan's side conventionally, and that is why they threatened Brahmos strikes. In the worst case scenario, the Indians were faced with a conflict where their air force would be blind and Pakistan could likely establish air superiority. If we went any further, then the Indians would have been forced to do something of substance rather than peddle fake news about shooting down Pakistani F-16s. We managed to achieve the result we wanted without any of our own cities being hit and we controlled the escalation ladder. Importantly, we had the last word too - neither country wanted a full-blown war, but if the escalation ladder was being climbed, what might have happened is that India could have gotten the last word before international (read: US) pressure put a stop to things.

Obviously, the fallout from February 27 is the Indians know what we had and will have now patched up their weaknesses. There is a debate I know that Pakistan shouldn't have done this and the alternative would be some sort of land response - maybe an intense artillery barrage or MLRS attack on an Indian installation on the LOC. But that wouldn't have displayed the one-upmanship (India can easily respond in kind) and India would have thought they had air superiority and likely done something else at a later stage. Anyhow, the Indians would have eventually plugged their gaps in EW - its just we made them prioritize them to do something in 3 years which they would have otherwise done in 10.
