What you say is true, but not in this context.
There is a generic need for Abrahamic religions to believe in a concept of superiority instead of equality.

But in this case..even among Muslims, Pakistani's display some acute behaviour. They constantly need external validation of the superiority of their religion. So they constantly see things from a 'superior-inferior' perspective.
I wonder why this is so in Pakistani's, its not in Turks or Iranians..and little in Arabs.

Because they perceive it is better to be with the conquerors than the conquered, probably. that paradoxical viewpoint of wanting be considered superior but lacking of any evidence to point to that.

The people are the exact opposite. Most Iranians take religion as a personal object.

In fact the Iranian govt has to keep threatening the Iranians to not convert back to Zoroastrianism.

Think about it, every nation that is currently Muslim(barring Indonesia and Malaysia) was conquered.
Iranians, Turks all were conquered by the original Muslims. They dont exhibit these characteristics.

So why is this attribute - of shoving religion in the face and constant need of validation of their superiority by non Muslims - only/majorly in Pakistanis?

Even so. Lets assume that they do it out of an insecurity complex (because a superiority complex is always nothing but an inferiority complex) and because of living with Hindus whom they despise(?), then why has it still persisted after getting independence?

Its been 65 years of separate country, separate life, all Muslim, then why do they still need non-Muslims to say how great their religion is and how inferior other religions are for them to feel great?

Not a majority but a large percentage. Varies from batch to batch as they leave Iran.
I believe some studies were also conducted on this aspect. We can ask @Abii and others to give their views on the matter.
